Diamond City Expansion
Diamond City, known as the green jewel of the Commonwealth, is one of the most important cities in Fallout 4. And, if you install the Diamond City Expansion mod, you will see that it becomes a much larger and more interesting urban center to explore.
They are added new districts, streets, houses and activities that we can do. For example, Diamond City will have a brothel (adult content inside), a luxury bar either a repair shop.
Driveables of the Commonwealth (Wasteland Havok)
In Fallout 4 you can see cars and other vehicles scattered around the map, but it is impossible to drive them. Don’t worry, because the Driveables of the Commonwealth mod introduces ten very cool cars that we can take all over Boston.
The number may seem small to you, but keep in mind that between them Includes Max Rockatansky’s car (from the Mad Max saga)Additionally, the Havok physics engine has been improved.
Fallout Commander
If you’d like Fallout 4 to be a more tactical and slow-paced game (even more so than Interplay’s original Fallout games), your best bet is the Fallout Commander mod. Turns Bethesda’s game into a tactical RTS starring the game’s four factions.
When you join a faction, the game generates a series of NPCs that we can control through tactical commands. It is Compatible with the Brotherhood of Steel, the Institute, the Minutemen and the Enclave.
Mutant Menagerie
For lovers of the fauna and flora of the Commonwealth, the Mutant Menagerie mod adds new types of creatures to Fallout 4. We are talking about 60 new mutant monsterssome based on beings from previous installments, and others completely new.
In addition, the mod includes 50 types of fish and 30 new plantsmaking the survival character of the game much greater. All the resources we obtain from each one serve a purpose.
Sim Settlements 2
Actually, the Sim Settlements mod (and its much better sequel) is on par with Fallout: London, as includes a new story and lots of new mechanics in Fallout 4. It turns Bethesda’s game into a city-building simulator, in the purest Sim City style.
When it comes to managing your settlements, Sim Settlements 2 allows you to order the inhabitants of your shelters, either to to build new structures, to explore for food, or simply to rebuild the Commonwealth and reverse the effects of the bombs.
These are just some of the mods that are available for Fallout 4. Remember that some are not compatible with the official next-gen versionso you will have to roll back the game version (only possible on Steam and GOG, not on Epic Store).
