A brand new Elite Raid is now available on Pokémon GO: it allows you to capture extremely rare and powerful creatures like Amovenus (Avatar Form). Unfortunately, these Raids are time-limited and you have to be quick if you don’t want to miss them!
What is an Elite Raid in Pokémon GO?
Did you notice the Raid Eggs this weekend with a countdown of 24 hours ? These are Elite Raids! Once the countdown is over, you only have 30 minutes to face the Raid Boss.
- It is not possible to do a remote Elite Raid : you are forced to move,
- Very powerful, you need to gather as many people as possible to attempt the fight and succeed,
- It is possible to capture the Pokémon if you succeed in the battle,
The Elite Raids began on February 14, 2024 at 12 p.m., 1 p.m., 5 p.m. and 6 p.m.

How to beat Amovenus (Avatar Form) in Pokémon GO?
Amovenus (Avatar Form) is of types Fairy And Flight. This means that it is very weak against type attacks Steel, Rock, Ice And Electric !
- Capture PC: between 1872 and 1957
- Boosted Capture PC: Between 2340 and 2447 (Boosted by Wind or Clouds)
