Cardano founder: “ADA is preparing for the biggest change in history”

Cardano founder Charles Hoskinson shared in his statement that important changes are coming to the ADA ecosystem.

The Cardano (ADA) blockchain is on the verge of a significant transformation. Founder Charles Hoskinson announced that the platform is ready for the upcoming Chang fork, here it is “the most important turning point in history” and will open “The Age of Voltaire”.

On June 9, Hoskinson posted on his social media account: “June looks to be when Cardano Node hits 9.0. This means that Cardano is ready for the Chang fork and 70% of SPO is ready for the new node. Then a hard fork could occur, pushing Cardano into the Voltaire Age.”

The Chang upgrade is considered a key development for Cardano as it provides essential tools and infrastructure to support “The Voltaire Era”.

According to Hoskinson, the Voltaire Era is ready to provide the final elements needed for the network to become self-sustainable.

The Voltaire Era empowers network participants to propose improvements to Cardano, subject to a vote of stakers. It is also establishing a treasury system to fund future network development.

According to Hoskinson’s statement, once this voting system and treasury goes live, Cardano will be Complete decentralization and will no longer be under the management of IOHK.

Hoskinson commented on the update: “This is the most important milestone in the history of Cardano and the entire industry. Cardano will become a decentralized civilization spanning the world with millions of inhabitants. We will have the most advanced blockchain management system, annual budget, treasury, and support from the entire community.”

Can a thriving ADA partnership help Cardano rise to $1?
