Damoiselle Elden Ring Shadow of the Erdtree: Position, where to find the weapon Milady?

Elden Ring Shadow of the Erdtree adds new weapon categories that allow for a slightly different type of gameplay. Martial Arts are one example, Light Greatswords are another. They allow for large weapons, quite similar to Colossal Swords, but with faster and chained movements. These weapons are ideal for a Dexterity build, but it’s far from limited to that, in Milady’s case.

Where to find the weapon Demoiselle?

You can potentially get it in a few minutes, after starting the DLC, if you don’t waste time on the way. Milady is in Ensis Castle, east of the large stone bridge across the Grave Plain. Go through the Messmer soldiers’ camp, then enter the castle. After the troll guard, turn left.

You will have to face some guards, before being able to climb a ladder leading to the top of a tower to the west of the castle. At the top, you will find the chest containing the much desired weapon.

Milady’s Statistics and Affinities

It only requires 12 Strength and 17 Dexterity to wield this weapon, making it very accessible. Its weight is also very light, for a weapon of its class, at only 6.5.

It is enhanced with normal Forge Stones, up to a total of +25.

You can change its skill with Ashes of War, replacing it with the very popular One-sided posture (Wing Stance) for example.

There are several different Infusions that are viable with this weapon, although this will largely depend on how you intend to use it, such as one-handed or two-handed. Sharpened Infusion is generally considered a good one-handed choice, as is Blood Infusion, since it has a B affinity in Dexterity. If you have a high Intelligence score, Magic and Frost Infusions are also excellent, with a B or C affinity in that attribute.

It is possible to use this weapon with a Strength build, using the Heavy infusion, but it does not particularly shine in this area. It is not a very popular build in Elden Ring, but at high levels, you can go for a Quality infusion, since it has a rank B affinity in both Strength and Dexterity in this case.
