Dogecoin founder expects AI and robots to make passive money for him in the next 5 years

Billy Markus, who created the popular meme cryptocurrency Dogecoin with Jackson Palmer in 2013, made a humorous prediction about how he expects to make a living in about five years.

He shared this prediction in the comments section of his tweet, where he asked his two million X followers what they were most looking forward to in the next five years. What the DOGE co-founder hopes for is for robots to do his job and earn passive income for him.

Since robots are expected to connect with artificial intelligence, it can be said that Markus expects to make money with the help of AI in the near future.

In March this year, Scientific American published an article about the first experiments integrating OpenAI’s ChatGPT into robots, expecting this to be a promising model that allows robots to self-learn about the ever-changing world around them. around them, making them easy to use in daily life, serving people.

Elon Musk’s criticism of OpenAI and ChatGPT

Among those criticizing OpenAI’s products is prominent tech entrepreneur Elon Musk, who has repeatedly accused OpenAI and other tech giants like Meta of training AI to be friendly and politically correct. (“woke”). Musk, founder of the start-up xAI that created the Grok AI chatbot, believes that AI must be trained to be as honest and curious as possible.

According to Musk’s theory, “woke” AI could bring humanity to a bad end and even destroy it; he said this when referring to “2001: A Space Odyssey,” a famous science fiction film based on a script by classic science fiction author Arthur C. Clarke. In this movie, the robot Hal on the spaceship kills the entire crew because it was forced to lie to them.

Overall, Musk believes that in the future, artificial intelligence will dominate over biological life, with biological life primarily serving as a “backstop or buffer of intelligence.” Within the next three years, he predicts, AI will be able to write novels as good as JK Rowling, discover new principles of physics, and overall be better than anything humans can do.
