Electrify the Sky Pokémon GO: The quest is back, here are all the missions and rewards

Back in the game, the special study electrify the sky, is composed of four stages on Pokémon GO. Here is how to complete them all and obtain the associated rewards. The opportunity especially to recover a Pikachu Balloon if it is not already done.
From May 3 to 8, 2022, an event called Aerial Adventures took place on Pokémon GO. It was then the opportunity to capture a multitude of Pikachu with balloons and complete a special study on the game. Now it’s back in case you missed it!
Electrifying the Sky: Why is the Quest Back?
Niantic released a statement this week to indicate that numerous bugs had occurred during the Aerial Adventures event. Indeed, some players saw their missions being completely reset a few hours before the end of the event, finding themselves unable to complete them in time. As compensation, the Special Research is back for a limited time:
- From Friday May 13 to Wednesday May 18, 2022 at 8:00 p.m.
Electrifying the Sky: Available Quests
Below is a list of missions and the rewards that can be obtained by completing them. These are not the same initial quests for information and are much simpler:
- Catch 1 Pokemon. Reward: 50 Mega Energy from Mega Latias
- Take 1 photo of a wild Pokémon. Reward: 50 Mega Energy from Mega Latios
- Final reward for completing two missions: 3000 XP points, appearance of Balloon Pikachu
Also, don’t forget that the 2022 Aqua Festival is currently underway on Pokémon GO.
