The red fire dragon Ordrac follows a very particular path on the Zelda TotK map. Here’s where to find him that will allow you to easily find him in order to collect claws, scales, teeth, horns and other dragon rocks from him.

Obtain all Ordrac components
It is very important to know that a dragon cannot give only one material at a time. When you meet Ordrac, choose carefully whether you want a claw, a scale, a horn or a tooth. Only the dragonstone, on the peaks of the dragon’s back, can be obtained in large quantities each time. Before anything else, make sure you have a level 3 fireproof outfit or an Ignifus remedy so as not to suffer the effects of fire on the dragon.
To know if it is possible or not to pick up something on Ordrac, look carefully to see if it shines! If it does not, do not hit it at all or you risk receiving heavy damage.
The complete route of Ordrac
The best technique to find the red fire dragon for sure is to know its path. You can also stay posted at a specific location while waiting for Ordrac to come out of the Depths: the best here is to go to the Tower of Darkened Ruins and post yourself on an island in the sky. You will then have a clear view of the chasm and will only have to wait.
