This Tier List is based on the one published and updated regularly by Smogon. It ranks Pokémon in terms of viability in the OverUsed format. Thus, a Pokémon of rank S will be much more viable and will be much more suitable for all teams than a Pokémon of rank B, which will prove to be situational.
