Satori Zelda Tears of the Kingdom: Where to find all the cherry trees and what are they for?

Have you ever come across beautiful cherry blossom trees on the Hyrule map and never knew what to do? Find a video below showing you how to make offerings at the foot of the trees in Zelda Tears of the Kingdom in order to summon Satori and use her power.

What are cherry trees used for?

As you head towards the Ordinn region from Fort Guet, you will probably come across your first cherry tree in bloom with its pink petals that make you want to stop for a few moments. Under the shade of the foliage, a young woman will explain that she would like to see Satori but she doesn’t know how to go about it. The solution is to spot the little altar at the foot of the treeto release a fruit from your inventory (an apple for example) and place it in the base.

This will then summon Satori, a large blue deer-horse whose power is show you the surrounding caves containing an Elusis. Follow the blue beams of light in the sky to find your way. This is the best way to collect any Elusis Crystals you may be missing.

  • There is always a shrine not far from the cherry trees so you can return to it at any time,
  • You can re-summon Satori as many times as necessary, simply by placing an offering in the altar,
  • Around the cherry trees you will very often see rare ingredients like carrots vigoruseful for preparing your recipes!

Unfortunately, this doesn’t seem to do anything once all 8 cherry trees are activated and you won’t be able to tame the Satori to make it your mount. Either way, Koltin is likely to be jealous!
