If you want to unlock the Great Fairy Caesa of the Plains Relay in Zelda TotK, you will first have to find a flute player and have the troupe of musicians travel, using a vehicle, to the hill. Here’s how to do it.
Finding and awakening the four Great Fairies of Zelda Tears of the Kingdom should be one of your priorities as they are so useful. Thanks to them, you will be able to improve your outfits and become much more powerful or resistant for example.
Where to find the Great Fairy Caesa?
As with all Great Fairies, you will first need to travel to the correct relay to trigger a side quest. Caesa is located a few meters from the Relay of the Edge of the Plain. Use the Tut Ume Shrine teleport point if you have it. Once there, you can speak to Penn to investigate the “Person in Distress” but it’s the musicians on the stage that interest us most.
They will explain to you that without Fluol, the flute player, it is impossible for them to get Caesa out of his bud.
Go and pick up the flute player at the Relais des Alpages
Your goal will therefore be to find the missing member of the troupe of musicians since Caesa loves flute tunes. Fluol can be found at the Relais des Alpages, in the south of the map. Once you have seen him, perched on his tree, he will give you a secondary quest where you will have to give him 10 Fireflies of Serenity in order to charm Baih.
Transport the troupe of musicians to the great fairy
This is the most complicated part of the quest. The musicians have broken their carriage and therefore cannot go all the way to the top of the hill to meet Caesa. Although it is possible to repair the carriage using the wooden wheels located to the right of the relay, and therefore to attach a horse to it with its harness, we advise you to opt for another solution given how the road is bumpy.
- Use the 4×4 vehicle who is on the rock to the left of the musicians.
- With the Grip power, lay it flat and add the missing wheel (which is right next to it) and a rudder (also right next to it).
- Make sure to attach the rudder in the same direction as the arrows on the wheels, otherwise you will go backwards when trying to move forward.
- Now take the musicians’ carriage with Grip and put it on the 4×4 by gluing it.
- Let the musicians know you’re ready to drive them: drive slowly and simply up the hill and up the rocky slope. Your off-roader will easily overcome the obstacles.
