Star Wars Outlaws Raider: Find the Expert and unlock all his skills

In Star Wars Outlaws, you play as Kay Vess, a young scoundrel who still has a lot to learn but knows how to surround herself with the best. As a major progression system, you will then have to regularly find Experts in the galaxy in order to unlock new skills. The Pillager’s Abilities
To unlock new skills, you will not only need to find the Expert in the open world and complete his special quest, but also complete challenges for each ability. As for Temmin Wexley, the Pillager, here are the missions to complete for each skill.
Water repellent
- Bonus : Allows the Speeder to hover above water, improving its movement capabilities.
- Obtained automatically by progressing through the story.
Electroshock prod
- Bonus : Allows Kay to perform Takedowns on elite enemies.
- Challenge 1 : Find a NL-02 Charge Emitter (Obtained inside Imperial-held Excavation Site 12)
- Challenge 2 : Obtain 15 Chalcopyrite
- Challenge 3 : Obtain 5 Ion Cell
Ionic smoke bomb
- Bonus : In addition to their base effect, Smoke Bombs now deal Ion damage, temporarily disabling devices and disrupting droids in the affected area. Press the Left and Square keys to use the Smoke Bomb.
- Prerequisites : have unlocked the Mecano Smoke Bomb
- Challenge 1 : Find a Flux Compressor (Obtained from an Empire camp in the Great Basin on Akiva)
- Challenge 2 : Obtain 25 Duracier
- Challenge 3 : Obtain 10 Ray Accelerator
Assisted Looting
- Bonus : Allows Nix to go deeper when searching containers, sometimes granting additional materials and valuable items.
- Challenge 1 : Find 4 contraband caches
- Challenge 2 : Collect 2500 credits
- Challenge 3 : Complete 5 merchant quests
Boots of plunder
- Bonus : Increases Kay’s movement speed while crouching by a medium amount.
- Challenge 1 : Find a Susurra Canvas (Easily obtained from merchants in Kijimi City)
- Challenge 2 : Obtain 30 Starburst
- Challenge 3 : Obtain 15 Jarwal Fiber (Obtained from merchants or survivalists in Akiva or in neutral areas of Akiva)
Survival
- Bonus : Increases Kay’s maximum health
- Challenge 1 : Defeat 3 Death Troopers in a row
- Challenge 2 : Find the lost merchant on Akiva
Where to find Temmin Wexley, the Pillager?
After saving Gedeek during the main quest on Akiva, you will automatically receive the information about The Pillager from ND-5.
- Follow him to Sashin Village, far northeast of Akiva, to meet Temmin’s family.
- Talk to the two women resting on a crate in front of the bar. They will point you to a salvage area near a lake. Then follow the information on your map.
- Once there, defeat the half-dozen criminals there and interact with the door to let Temmin out. After discussing the possibility of upgrading your Speeder, hop on the Speeder and head down the river, then head southwest once you reach the huge body of water.
- Unfortunately, you won’t arrive in time: the shuttle takes off and begins a wild chase (just follow the path)
- Fight the many enemies then return to Myrra to speak to Temmin who will unlock the ability to use the speeder on water.
