The second Pokémon GO event introducing the ninth generation creatures is available. This one is a direct follow-up to the one called “A Paldea Adventure”, you will find many similarities. However, we will come back to the additions it offers in this guide.
Ultra Bonus Paldea Pokémon GO: Event Dates and Details
In “Ultra Bonus: Paldea”, trainers around the world can discover for the first time some monsters from the ninth generation, among which we find lPohm but also Frigodo. To take advantage of it, you will need to play the game from Sunday, September 10, 2023 at 10 a.m. to Friday, September 15, 2023 at 8 p.m.
- Lilliterelle, Gambex, Pohm, Pohmotte, Pohmarmotte, Lestombaile, Frigodo, Cryodo and Glaivodo appear for the first time in Pokémon GO.
- Lestombaile also starts in its shiny form.
To fully enjoy this event, you can always take part in a free one-off study, a paid one-off study with a ticket costing €5.99, a collection challenge as well as PokéStop events featuring Pohm and Gourmelet. They will only be present during the latter. Moreover, A special study “Adventures Galore” will be automatically unlocked if you log in between September 1 and December 1. Finally, there are also some bonuses that we reveal to you below.
- Without a Golden Lure Module, Mordudor’s Walking Forme will not appear at Golden PokéStops, but it will still be possible to find Mordudor Coins to complete your treasure by spinning a PokéStop!
- PokéStops can turn gold without a Golden Lure Module.
- Pokemon Capture XP x4.
- 4x Stardust from catching Pokémon.
- Granivol, Malosse, Mustébouée and Passerouge will have a greater chance of appearing in their chromatic form.
Ultra Bonus Paldea Pokémon GO: How to evolve the new creatures?
This event adds three families of Pokémon and as usual, you will have to evolve them to obtain the final forms of each of them. Here are the prerequisites for each newly available evolution.
- Use 50 Lilliterelle Candy to evolve Lilliterelle into Gambex.
- Use 25 Pohm Candy to evolve Pohm into Pohmotte, then 100 Pohm Candy to evolve Pohmotte into Pohmarmotte.
- Use 25 Frigodo Candy to evolve Frigodo into Cryodo, then 100 Frigodo Candy to evolve Cryodo into Glaivodo.
