This is a very interesting NPC in Zelda Tears of the Kingdom that will allow you to meet another even more interesting character. In short, two side quests not to be missed if you want to get some nice rewards.
Where to find Kilton, at the Relais de la Forêt?
If you have already passed through the village of Euzéro, in the northeast of the map, you have probably met GrosailliehBoulieh’s famous boss who adores her above all else. By completing the side quest “Tinieh’s departure”, you were then able to obtain your own dream house! Now, the site manager is worried because his client, Kiltonhas still not arrived. He then explains to you that he is at Forest Relay.
It is very important to go and get it because it will unlock two interesting quests: that of the Monster Collector with Kilton, and that of Koltin’s Peregrinations allowing you to obtain great rewards.
And if you don’t know where the Forest Relay is, here it is on the map. It’s a few kilometers to the left of the Ordinn Ravine Tower, north of Hyrule. Once there, spot the big colorful balloon a little further along the water’s edge, starting from the relay well.
A blue rabbit will guide you even if you follow him! The strange man in front of the hot air balloon is none other than Kilton. When you talk to him, you will meet his brother, Koltin, coming out of the cave. Disappointed that he can’t transform into Satori, he will explain that he needs a Elusis Crystal. A side quest then begins.
If you already have crystals on you, you can give them to him. Otherwise, go into the cave to shoot the kind of blue frog hanging from the ceiling: it will then release an Elusis crystal. Koltin will offer you a Bokoblin Mask in exchange and you can start his questline called “Koltin’s Wanderings”. Every time you have Elusis Crystals, you will have to find his hot air balloon on the map to get a reward. But what interests us here is Kilton.
Kilton and his monster figurines
Now that you have helped Koltin once, Kilton has nothing more to do at the Forest Relay and he will go to Euzero Village, where Groisaillieh is waiting for him. Return there too by using the teleport point from your house (the Lasitaqi Uaqa shrine). You will find the two characters on the village square: Kilton is a collector and tries to explain to Grosaillieh how he could make her beautiful monster figurines.
The problem is that he can’t draw. Your goal now will be to photograph a series of monsters to obtain the figurines and complete the quest. [Guide dédié de la quête à venir].
