After many failures, Team GO Rocket is back with the desire to succeed in dominating the Pokémon world. This time, they have managed to transform Groudon into a Shadow Pokémon while Shadow Mewtwo will make its big return to come to their aid for the last weekend of March on Pokémon GO.
Details of the event “Wonderful World: Offensive” in Pokémon GO
Of Wednesday, March 27, at midnight, to Sunday, March 31, 2024, at 11:59 p.m.Team GO Rocket’s new offensive will close the events of the first month of the Wonderful World season. On the program, players will be able to take part in various studies as well as PokéStop events. In total, there will be three quests waiting for you.
- A free one-time study themed around the Wonderful World: Offensive event will be available throughout the event.
- A paid one-time study of the event focusing on battling Team GO Rocket Henchmen. The ticket price is €2.49.
- A free Special Study that will take you to meet Giovanni in order to free Dark Groudon from the clutches of the Team GO Rocket boss.
In addition to that, you will be able to recruit new dark Pokémon by defeating Team GO Rocket’s minions. These include: RDark oucool, Dark Darumarond, Dark Scrutella and Dark Nucleos. And if that’s not enough for you, you can participate in field study missions allowing you to meet more or obtain objects such as mysterious elements or Charged or Instant Attack CTs. All of this will of course be accompanied by some bonuses that you can find below.
- Team GO Rocket will appear more frequently at PokéStops and in hot air balloons.
- You can use a Charged Attack TM to help a Shadow Pokémon forget the Charged Attack Frustration.
- Mewtwo appears in 5-star Raids on Saturday, March 30 and Sunday, March 31, 2024.
