The flower blade is a fairly rare resource in Zelda Tears of the Kingdom if you don’t know where to look! Although very practical, it would be a shame to pass by it without picking it up.
What are blade flowers used for?
The flower blade is above all a ingredient which, if you put it in your recipes, will allow you to obtain dishes with a attack boost. It is not possible to consume the blade flower directly, but you can prepare food with it and then eat it to cause additional damage against enemies. The duration of the effect depends on the number of flowers put in the dish.
The other interest of the flower blade is toimprove your equipment from the Great Fairies! For example, the Barbarian outfit, to be upgraded to the maximum, will require a certain amount of it.
Where to find blade flowers?
The Surface of Hyrule is where you can find the most Blade Flowers. During our exploration, we were able to note a few places where there are the most to collect (they reappear after each Blood Moon):
- In the Village of Écaraille: near each house, you can collect some,
- At Mount Satori
- At Borca Hill, under Piaf Village, in the small pond (there are 10 here and even a Korogu!)
- At the meadow of Firone,
- On Finalis Island,
- At Lake Astex (Firone).
And as with every time you are looking for a resource, we advise you to go and improve your Pru’ha tablet thanks to Faras’ quests. You will then unlock a very useful option that allows you to easily find an ingredient (or other) that you have taken a photo of.
