How to get the Lightning Outfit?
Lightning adornment
Appointment in the village Cocorico and go chat with Tauro at the entrance to the village: he will ask you to enter the ruin. Climb up the mountain and glide to the ruins, then take a picture of the Circular Vestige Slab to show it to Tauro who is near the Dracos Lake.
Meet in the Ruins to the easttalk to Tauro: he will tell you about a chest that only you can open. Open it to get The Lightning Ornament.
Lightning Panties
Return to Tauro to show him the armor piece, then go in the following ruins which are located on the right bank of the Lake. Use Yunobo’s power or any other explosive to unlock the door and recover The Lightning Panties.
Lightning Cap
Finally, this time, go to the left bank of the lake : you will find submerged ruins filled with vines. You can cut or burn the lines to pass and recover The Lightning Cap.
You are now the proud owner of the complete Lightning Outfit, which will give you an electric attack bonus during storm weather.
How to improve the outfit to max level?
As in Zelda Breath of the Wildyou will need to have access to all 4 great fairies if you want to upgrade your equipment to the maximum.
