If you miss the games Spirit Tracks and Phantom Hourglass, you can look like a Ghost in Zelda Tears of the Kingdom! In addition to being incredibly stylish, the full outfit gives you a total defense of 24 as well as a considerable damage boost.
How to get the Spectre Outfit?
Spectre Leggings
Starting from the Gerudo Canyon Tower, at the bottom left of the map, head with your parasail towards the enormous holes in the desert sand (point on the map below). Be careful, you can avoid it but you risk meeting the boss Morldarquor on the way. Once near the hole, jump in: you will find an altar with the chest containing the specter’s leggings.
Spectre Armor
Now depart from the Gerudo Heights Tower to fly, by paraglider, to the Tamiand Riverto find a cave. Inside, continue straight until you come across a room with a Miasma Hand to fight (and therefore a ghost of Ganon). The altar is up high, opposite, but it is difficult to climb the cliff unless you have the batrachian outfit. Otherwise, just go around to go behind: use Yunobo’s power or a few bombs to explode the rocks.
Spectre Helmet
Leave the Utu Xoqi shrine if you have unlocked it: the last piece of equipment is in the Firone regionin the south-center of the map, near the Relais des Alpages. Go to the balloon beach and look up into the cave to see a cavity filled with nox gems. Use a thruster you find in the sand to attach it to your shield using Amalgam: when you raise your shield, you will be propelled like Iron Man into the cavity.
Then just walk a few meters to find the altar and the chest.
How to improve the outfit to max level?
As in Zelda Breath of the Wild, you will need to have access to the 4 great fairies if you want to upgrade your equipment to the maximum. To do this, you will need to complete a series of essential side quests which starts at the forest relayafter which they will offer you their services in exchange for components. This is why you should always be careful to save some precious resources.
