If you’re not entirely satisfied with your purchase , we’re here to help.


  • You have 7 calendar days from initial date of purchase.
  • To be eligible, your purchase must be in an unopened condition and retunrned as it was shipped from our facility.
  • Item must be in original packaging to get a full refund.
  • Must have receipt or proof of purchase.


  • We will inspect your return and notify you that we have received your item. We will notify you of your refund eligibility after inspection.
  • If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
  • It may take a couple of days to receive your refund depending upon condition and product.


  • You are responsible for shipping costs for your return. They are non-refundable. Returns without defect are subject to a restocking fee.
  • If you recieve a refund, the shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

Note: Orders can only be canceled 24 hours after the purchase, after which a refund must be applied for

Cancellation Before Shipment :

  • Order once placed can only be cancelled within 24 hours from the placing the order, you can write to our customer support team on [email protected] or call or WhatsApp or Viber us on +977 9868834716. In such cases, the order will be cancelled and the money will be refunded to you within 48-72 business hours after the cancellation request (If Pre-payment is done).

Please note : Mode of refund may vary depending on circumstances. If the mode of refund is by e-wallet (Like E-sewa, Khalti or fonepay), credit should be available within 24 hours.

  • If the Order is for any item which is eligible for Same Day Delivery category, no cancellation will be allowed after placing of the order.
  • There is no cancellation of orders placed under the Virtual Product like Antivirus, Software’s, Gift-Cards (i.e. Steam wallet, Google play Giftcard) etc.
  • Cancellation of Pre-order items will not accept in any conditions.
  • DAMAGE OR breakage customers should take care while taking from courier partner & if customers fills that the products may be damaged or breakage then he should not take the delivery of products or can verify the products by opening the products before or in front of courier partners , Ones the customers has accepted the delivery of products then we are not responsible for any damage or breakage in any conditions.
  • If order gets damage by the customers & confirm with courier partner as per our damage condition then we will settlement of the same.
