If you’re not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.


  • You have 7 calendar days from the initial date of purchase.
  • To be eligible, your purchase must be in an unopened condition and returned as it was shipped from our facility.
  • Item must be in original packaging to get a full refund.
  • Must have receipt or proof of purchase.


  • We will inspect your return and notify you that we have received your item. We will notify you of your refund eligibility after inspection.
  • If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
  • It may take a couple of days to receive your refund depending upon the condition and product.


  • You are responsible for shipping costs for your return. They are non-refundable. Returns without defects are subject to a restocking fee.
  • If you receive a refund, the shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

Note: Orders can only be canceled 24 hours after the purchase, after which a refund must be applied for

Order Cancellation Before Shipment :

  • Order once placed can only be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order, you can write to our customer support team at or call or WhatsApp or Viber us at +977 9868834716. In such cases, the order will be canceled and the money will be refunded to you within 48-72 business hours after the cancellation request (If Pre-payment is done).

Please note: The mode of refund may vary depending on circumstances. If the mode of refund is by e-wallet (Like E-sewa, Khalti, or Fonepay), credit should be available within 24 hours.

  • Same-day delivery orders cannot be cancelled after they are placed.
  • We do not accept cancellations for virtual products (antivirus software, gift cards, Steam Cards etc.) or pre-order items.
  • Cancellation of Pre-order items will not be accepted in any conditions.

Damaged or Broken Items

Please inspect your package carefully upon delivery. If you suspect damage, you can refuse delivery from the courier partner. Alternatively, you can open the package in the presence of the courier partner to verify its contents.

We are not responsible for damage or breakage that occurs after delivery is accepted. However, if the damage is confirmed to be the fault of the courier partner, we will work with you to find a resolution.
