The founder of ChatGPT believes that teleworking is a mistake and should disappear

The truth is that what is known as teleworking has existed for many years, but since the pandemic that devastated almost all of us, it spread substantially. That is precisely where it was seen that many workers could carry out their tasks from home instead of going to the office in person.

Why the founder of ChatGPT rejects teleworking

Well, from Altman’s point of view, the establishment of teleworking a few years ago was a tremendous mistake.

One of the most important reasons, from his point of view, for this failure is that teleworking does not foster relationships between the company and the worker. This way it is much more difficult to consider and share new ideas. But this is not the only reason he argues for rejecting this way of working, there is more.
