JPR (Jon Peddie Research) mentions that the customer CPU market reached 62 million unitswhich is 33% higher than the figures for the same period of the previous year, but also 9.4% lower than those of the previous quarter (last quarter of 2023).
Another important fact is the participation of desktop and laptop processors. The market share of laptop CPUs reached 73%, while 27% was for desktop processors, marking an increase in the share of laptop CPUs.
