This console would be being developed by Sony with the code name “Trinity”. The information about the specifications was revealed by the well-known media Digital Foundry through Son’s own developer portal, who already have access to the specifications of this new console.

It is said that the GPU of the PlayStation 5 Pro would have 30 WGP and 60 compute unit. This GPU would operate with clock speeds of 2.35GHz, a small update over the 2.18 GHz of the “normal” PS5. The clock speed of 2.35 GHz would be achievable only at specific times, which is why we are talking about peak clocks. Knowing this, we talk about a performance of 36.1 TFLOPS.
